What is AVG?

The General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) describes the regulations everyone must follow when processing personal data. Organizations may only process personal data in accordance with the law. Personal data may only be used for the purpose. (In our case the services, which we offer).

The data kept are minimized to what is really needed. (The principle: as little as possible) and are only kept for a certain amount of time. When the data is no longer needed it is deleted.

All data is appropriately secured against unauthorized access.

There are privacy rights for the person, to whom the data applies, such as the right to inspect and the right to have data deleted.

Of course also Postadres.nl adheres to all AVG requirements. Your data is processed and stored carefully and securely, and our employees also have a duty of confidentiality. Your business mail and your data are in good hands with us. The AVG also applies to our foreign customers. These regulations are regulated in Europe under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
