What is AVG?

The General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) describes the regulations everyone must follow when processing personal data. Organizations may only process personal data in accordance with the law. Personal data may only be used for the purpose. (In our case the services, which we offer).

The data kept are minimized to what is really needed. (The principle: as little as possible) and are only kept for a certain amount of time. When the data is no longer needed it is deleted.

All data is appropriately secured against unauthorized access.

There are privacy rights for the person, to whom the data applies, such as the right to inspect and the right to have data deleted.
