The difference between physical mail and digital mail
Physical mail
If you opt for physical mail forwarding from Postadres.nl, we will send your mail unopened to the address you provide. This can include letters as well as packages. We do this weekly or at the frequency you specify. However, you can also collect your mail yourself when it suits you. This is possible at both our Eindhoven and Amsterdam locations. If you want us to filter out unaddressed mail first, we can do that.
Digital mail
With the digital mail service, we open your mail with your permission and send the content to you via email in a PDF file. All our employees are bound by a non-disclosure agreement. They will not read the content and will therefore not correspond with anyone about it. Here too, you can specify whether or not you want to receive unaddressed mail digitally.
Packages
At our location in Eindhoven, we can also receive packages, but unfortunately, we cannot receive packages in Amsterdam. We cannot receive large quantities (e.g., pallet shipments) at either location. If you have chosen digital forwarding, but we still receive packages, these will be sent to you physically. We never open packages.
