For example, for freelancers, zzp-ers and other home-based entrepreneurs who do not want to use their private address for business purposes. But also for Dutch companies that want to open a branch office at another address, foreign companies that want to operate in the Dutch market or for entrepreneurs who move abroad and want to maintain a Dutch address for their business.

We treat all your data strictly confidential and comply with AVG regulations. We do not share private data with third parties with the exception of the judiciary and the government upon request. Please see our privacy statement.
By default we send the mail once a week, on request it can be sent more often or less often.

Yes. We can scan the content and then email that to you.
Yes, you can. We will send you a message when a package or registered letter has been accepted for you. Parcels can only be accepted in Eindhoven, not at our location in Amsterdam. Both locations cannot accept pallets, etc.
With the packages Postadres ZZP or Postadres Particulier, there is no receiving or sending of packages.
At our location in Eindhoven you can rent several meeting rooms and conference rooms. You can find more information about and book rooms at www.dering.nl
With us you can already sign a contract for a minimum of 3 months. The notice period is 1 month.
As a customer you have the right to cancel the contract entered into up to 14 days after receipt of our confirmation without giving any reason. You will still pay for the services already provided during that period. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@postadres.nl.
We will then refund any prepaid contract amount within 14 days of receiving your notification to the account number known to us. Any outstanding amounts for the use of our services (such as postage, shipping etc.) will be settled.
Specific questions:
Yes, you can. When you enter into a rental agreement with us, you can register your company with the Chamber of Commerce at our address in Eindhoven or Amsterdam. Even when you yourself are abroad.
Yes, you may include both our address and PO Box address on your website. In Eindhoven, we can receive packages. In Amsterdam we can't. Please indicate clearly in your webshop that our addresses are not visiting addresses for your customers.
Yes sure! In fact, you pay only half the regular price for each additional company you sign up.
Almost all companies can be registered at our address with the exception of wholesalers or companies in the erotic or narcotics-related industry.
Yes, you can. With a mailing address for individuals in Amsterdam or Eindhoven, we make sure your mail is received. We then scan it for you and send it digitally to your e-mail address.
No, unfortunately this is not possible. A mailing address is only for receiving (and possibly processing digitally) your mail, it is not an official municipal registration.
We will indicate your absence, accept the documents and place them in your mailbox.
